Individuals are encouraged to submit reviews based on their recent and authentic experiences. However, it is prohibited to write a review if a company has provided any form of incentive in exchange for it. Such incentives may include discounts, monetary compensation, loyalty rewards, gifts, coupons, or referral bonuses, as these can compromise the credibility of the review process. Should you encounter any incentives, you are welcome to report them to us through the designated channel

To submit a review, it is essential to have a user account. You are permitted only one user account, which must represent a genuine individual. Your chosen username, profile description, and profile picture should authentically depict your identity; impersonation of others is strictly prohibited.

You retain full ownership of your review, which allows you the flexibility to edit, update, or delete it at your discretion. It is recommended to update your review if you have further details to share about a particular experience. Although writing several reviews for a business is acceptable if you have had multiple interactions, it is essential to avoid inundating the business with numerous reviews, as this practice does not serve the interests of any party.
