Keeping a record of relevant documents that demonstrate your engagement with the company is essential. Items such as receipts, order confirmations, or screenshots of online customer service chats could be requested to confirm your experience, thus ensuring that you are prepared for any inquiries that may arise.

Flagging Reviews
Flagging Reviews
We will evaluate the flagged review solely based on the specified reason. If a flagged review is found to be in violation of our guidelines and can be amended, the reviewer will be given the chance to revise it. During this evaluation, the review may be temporarily hidden. If the issue remains unresolved or cannot be rectified, the review will typically remain offline.
When flagging reviews, it is essential to maintain fairness and consistency; this entails flagging 5-star reviews for the same reasons as 1-star reviews. A public version of your report will be made available, allowing others to understand the rationale behind your flagging. For the sake of transparency, all flagging activities will also be visible on your business profile page.
