- Fraudulent reviews are defined as those that do not accurately represent a legitimate service or purchasing experience with a business, or those intended to manipulate consumer perception or unfairly target a specific business.
- You must avoid any actions that could be deemed misleading, offensive, unlawful, infringe upon the rights of others, or fail to comply with our Guidelines for Reviewers and policies.
- You are prohibited from modifying, copying, adapting, reproducing, disassembling, decompiling, reverse engineering, or extracting the source code of any component of our platform.
- You must conduct yourself in a manner that is respectful and professional towards CCR employees, partners, customers, and fellow users. Any form of abuse or bullying towards CCR employees will not be tolerated, including interactions with our support teams.
- You are not allowed to write reviews that serve a marketing purpose or utilize our platform for marketing activities related to yourself, your services, products, or businesses.
- You must not use our platform to develop or offer any service or functionality that competes with our platform.
3. Our Guidelines for Reviewers and policies
Users of our platform are required to respect and adhere to our Guidelines for Reviewers and our policies. Please note that we may update and alter these Guidelines and policies at any time without prior notice.
Any changes implemented will be effective immediately and will apply to you without necessitating any additional acceptance, confirmation, or action on your part.
4. What CCR owns
We possess all rights to the content on our platform, excluding materials owned by others, such as the reviews contributed by users. Our ownership extends to all aspects of the design, compilation, and visual presentation of our platform, which includes our logos, graphics, and trademarks collectively referred to as “our brand.”
You agree not to copy, share, modify, or otherwise utilize any content from our platform or our brand in ways that have not been expressly permitted by us.
Therefore, you are not authorized to use our brand or any other content on our platform, including ratings scores and user-submitted reviews, unless we have explicitly stated that you have permission to do so.
5. User Content Ownership
You are the owner of any user-generated content that you provide or transmit through our platform, and you bear full responsibility for it. You also guarantee that you have obtained all necessary permissions to create and/or utilize this content.
Your user-generated content will continue to be publicly displayed on our platform and any relevant third-party services and networks (including Google) indefinitely, unless it is removed by us for breaching our Guidelines for Reviewers or by your own decision.
6. CCR's right to use your user generated content
By creating, submitting, posting, or displaying user-generated content on our platform, you provide CCR with a license to use, alter, publish, and exhibit such content worldwide, in any form, without restrictions and without any financial remuneration to you.
You also agree that this license enables us to distribute your user-generated content to other companies or individuals, including our customers, for purposes such as syndication, distribution, promotion, or publication.
Moreover, you grant us the authority to take legal action for copyright infringement against anyone who uses your user-generated content without first obtaining permission from you and/or CCR.
